Abstract

Evaluation of the training process and its effects is an important activity that can improve the quality and effectiveness of educational actions in the organization. The paper presents some approaches to this evaluation, and indicates the possibilities of their use to improve the results of training sessions in the banks. It also shows the results of empirical studies, which were conducted in the last quarter of 2008, relating to, e.g. some approaches to training evaluation which were used or marginalized in the banking branches of lubuskie voivodeship.
