Competences of Cracow University of Economics (CUE) Graduates - Employers' Expectations

Abstract

In this article the author presents 20 core competencies of the CUE graduates required by employers. The list of these competencies was created after the analysis of information gathered in the interviews conducted with HR specialists or managers in various companies. The interviews were a part of a project carried out at CUE "competency diagnosis and development as a key success factor on the labor market". On the basis of the data concerning job specification and particular task description a list of top 10 detailed competencies was created. (original abstract)
