The Paradigm of Managers of Enterprise Competence

Abstract

At the beginning this paper presents the components of manager competence, describes skills of managers and values based management. Next, are put under consideration the factors shaping the management efficiency and effectiveness. Then, components of values based management are put forward. In the end, the impact of enterprise culture and ethical issues are up for discussion. (original abstract)
