The HR Behavioral Styles - the Method to Diagnosis of Competences

Abstract

The aim of the article is to present a method called the HR Behavioral Styles. It is the reliable method used to diagnosis types of behavior and competences. Scores show an intensity of 4 behavioral styles and 27 soft competences. The method was constructed by W. Szulc and D. Godlewska-Werner and it is based on W. M. Marston's concept.
