The Personal Audit as a Tool of the Active Policy of the Human Capital Risk Management

Abstract
Human resource management is connected with the systematic analysis, measurement and evaluation process of the value creation. Managing people is also monitoring and reducing possible risks by estimating the value of the risk. The consequence of what should be developing a system to prevent or reduce the risk. There is no universal set of the risk areas. Recognizing them will always depend on the auditor's expertise, knowledge of the objectives, the activities, the structure of the unit, the responsibilities of the workers and their intuition. Very important is be aware that effective risk management is one of the basic elements of the successful business. (original abstract)Keywords:
