Implementation Aspects of the Procedural Knowledge Management in Public Administration

Abstract

This paper describes conceptual framework to represent procedural knowledge. It proposes to implement the workflow management systems and makes its more flexible by introducing modifications to process definitions. This proposal extends the process definitions by dynamic constraints and rules (instead of static ones present in the existing WfM systems). (original abstract)
