Abstract

The article presents a profile of the customer as the vital resource of the company. It also characterizes corporate social responsibility and discusses the role of CSR in building customer capital. The purpose of the article is to show the importance of corporate social responsibility strategies in dealing with stakeholders with a special focus on customers. The article also highlights the importance of communicating CSR activities in terms of building customer capital.
