Abstract

This article aims to identify the factors that motivate technical students to study in the current post-pandemic reality. The theoretical part introduces the definitions of motivation and related concepts. This paper adopts classical concepts of motivation such as the pyramid of needs. A.Maslow's pyramid of needs, F.I.Herzberh's two-factor theory and XIY theory to identify attitudes toward learning of technical students. To achieve the goal, a survey was conducted on a target group of 83 technical students, in the form of a questionnaire relating to the above-mentioned theories.   The results obtained made it possible to identify the motivating factors and needs that must be met for a student to feel motivated.
