Key Challenges in Valuation of Intangible Assets

Abstract
This paper is devoted to key challenges in the valuation of intangible assets, which are nowadays the most important assets in most sectors. The definition and categories of intangible assets have been presented. Furthermore, the motivations for and methods of intangible asset valuation have been discussed. Several examples of the valuation of intangible assets have also been presented.(original abstract)Keywords:
