The University as a Space of Conflict of Knowledge and Information. Contribution to the Analysis of Post-traditional Expert System

Abstract

The article is based on the achievements of the British school of sociology, in particular the works of authors such as Anthony Giddens and Ulrich Beck. The paper presents a post-traditional university and its characteristics. The author discusses the consequences of presented approach for marketing of a post-traditional university and suggests ways of building a brand of a post-traditional university. The conflict of knowledge and information indicated in the title of the article, is closely related to issues of effective marketing strategy.(original abstract)
