Core Competences of Nongovernmental Organization

Abstract

It would seem that problems of competition refers to business activity only, however dilemmas of efficient management and gaining competencies, especially in permanent lack of resources, comprise non-profit sphere as well. In this paper, potential competences of a nongovernmental organization, a market body with specific hallmarks, are discussed. As one of the core competence of a nongovernmental organization, ability of persisting without external resources can be recognized. Moreover, capability of activity guided by lofty ideas and trust, and maintaining personal relationships can be point out as other ones. (original abstract)
