The Role and Competences of Managers in Organization Based on Learning

Abstract

The article presents the characteristics of organization based on learning, the essence of employee engagement, factors affecting the level of commitment and its importance for learning processes. In addition, the article presents the role and the influence of managers' competences on building and supporting employee engagement. (original abstract)
