Managerial Stress

Abstract

Competences are specific predispositions in the scope of knowledge, abilities and basis making sure that the tasks are realized on a high level. Performing given tasks in a correct way can be disturbed. Managerial stress leads to lowering the efficiency of manager's activities which manifests in difficulties in making appropriate decisions, fear against taking risk and responsibility as well as conflicts with subordinates. All dysfunctions disturb the efficient activity of the organization. In this report it was tried to determine causes and results of managerial stress in an organization and a proposal how to overcome it was presented. (original abstract)
