Factors Affecting the Image of Universityin the Eyes of Students-Clients

Abstract

The paper is based on an original research endeavor carried out in 2014 and looking into the evolution of Polish higher education institutions as they strive to adapt to market economy. It specifically addresses the issue of university branding and the determinants of university image in the eyes of students. The discussion of factors relevant to the process of university image building is framed around rankings based on empirical data. These data may be an important source of information for competing universities.(original abstract)
