Training the Practical Skills of Students in Order to Increase the Cooperation between Sciences and Business

Abstract
The disparity between the expectations of the labor market and the skills of university graduates, as well as the dynamically changing market conditions, are barriers that need to be reduced and overcome through new solutions. The author of this article attempts to characterize one of these barriers, which is too little emphasis on the practical skills of students. This is a confirmed obstacle faced by those concerned in the study, and by providing examples of good practices, encourages the use of new developments in Polish conditions.(original abstract)Keywords:
