Antidepressant Policy as a Means of Overcoming Structural Divergence

Abstract
The article summarizes different definitions of socio-economic depression at the regional context and with reference to the concept of divergence. The authors present a comparative analysis of depressed cities of Ukraine and identify the main problems faced by those cities. They also propose possible ways of counteracting the problem of socio-economic depression.(original abstract)Keywords:
