The Role of the Teaching Staff in Building Brand of the Graduate of the Higher Education Institution

Abstract

The article presents the specificity of creating the brand of a higher education institution. The brand placement is reflected in the published ranking lists of higher education institutions prepared based on various evaluation criteria, which constitute a certain compendium of the features which standardise and at the same time distinguish the activity of higher education institutions. The author proves that the actual brand power of the higher education institution is in the intellectual potential of its staff and students, its future graduates. She presents the characteristic types - student profiles and practical aspects of motivating them to study and create their own competences of a professional brand.(original abstract)
