Artificial Intelligence – A New Tool in Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy.

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to present the challenges and opportunities for business brought by the development of artificial intelligence and its potential use in corporate social responsibility strategy. The article presents the nature of AI and the nature, domains and tools of CSR. It also describes the connections and opportunities for the use of artificial intelligence
in business and modern AI-based solutions that help implement corporate social responsibility and facilitate sustainable development of enterprises. The implementation of modern technologies and the use of artificial intelligence in business processes today is an opportunity to gain a competitive advantage.
