Development of Advisory Activity as a Component of Human Resource Management

Abstract

The article considers the theoretical aspects of advisory activity as an innovative component of management, in particular its essence, types, methods and specific features. The authors analyze the perception of the concepts of mentor, coach, advisor, facilitator and tutor and provide arguments for including them in the counseling competence model. They also present a typology of entities in the advisory structure, together with their main functions. They define priorities and propose measures to support and promote counseling in the field of education.(original abstract)
