The Problems of Defining and Classifying the Competence of Employees

Abstract

More and more companies use the competence-based management. At the same time in the literature can be seen problems with definitions and classifications of competence The article presents the results of own studies realized on a sample of 468 working age people living in the district of Poznań. The result of this study was the identification of seven clusters of competencies. (original abstract)
